We've come too far to be automatic shells simply checking in and out of spaces with the appropriate filters on. You've tried it and realized it isn't living either. It ruins everything, accomplishes nothing, and settles to dust.
These are the days of change, but the resistance is loaded with all of the negative self-talk: The doubts, expectations, questions, and lack of worth.

You might not know this, but I used to live and breathe in the spotlight. Working in the Music, Fashion and Creative Industries meant I didn’t have the luxury of complaining - especially when there were hundreds of women waiting to take my place.
But little by little I started to realize that my life was still not the fairy tale I had been dreaming of. It became harder and harder to hide it from myself. It wasn't bringing me the happiness I was desperately seeking. Flooded by questions that felt unanswerable.
Was I ego-driven, looking for some kind of external proof of my worthiness?
Was I thinking that material success would give me happiness?
Was I playing some kind of a role to please others?
Was I too afraid to admit that I was on the wrong path?
Once I had hit that point that nothing gave me joy, I felt locked into the role I had created. Trapped. It felt like there was no escape. I only existed because I kept feeding the role. The role paid my bills. And it did. Which made it worse because I felt like I wasn’t allowed to complain. I wasn’t allowed to be unhappy. I had what I needed, so I was told to toughen up and get on with it.
Until I realized that wasn’t me.
I was something deeper than the function of my existence.
I actually held the power to make it entirely my own, my truth, my bliss.
And so, my AmberSoul revealed its true colours…
I have learned that long-lasting change requires going much deeper than our conscious mental process. And I've learnt how simple and revealing it can be too...
